This presentation will begin with a quick review of the local treatment of mast cell tumors including some of the frustrations.  It will introduce attendees to STELFONTA®, a new option for treatment of canine mast cell tumors.  The program will familiarize practitioners with the drug’s unique mechanism of action for tumor removal and it will also cover background studies and efficacy trial data.  Finally, we will have a brief discussion on practical use of the drug in every day practice with patient case examples and a question and answer session to wrap up.
